PDF-eXPLODE
The cost effective way to e-reporting

West Tree Solutions are the UK supplier of PDF-eXPLODE from 3000AD Systems Pty Ltd. We supply a full range of services to support your installation of PDF-eXPLODE including assistance with report writing if required.

PDF Explode

PDF Explode is an easy to use and cost effective way of automatically e-mailing reports and documents.

Save ££££s a year in postage, wasted time and stationery by e-mailing reports and documents direct:

  • Customer Invoices
  • Customer Statements
  • Supplier Remittance advices
  • Management Accounts
  • Budget Holder Reports
  • Sales Letters
  • Promotional Mailings
  • Dunning Letters

How it Works
Simply add a tag at the top of each document that contains the recipients e-mail address, for example <pdfexplode>statement#someone@e-mail.com</pdfexplode>.

When you then print the report to PDF-eXPLODE it will convert the report to a PDF file, the, using the tag it will “explode” the file into individual documents and send them to the e-mail address included in the tag.
